Jon Corteen
Jon Corteen is a successful coach, speaker, bestselling author, and entrepreneur with a passion for developing high-performing financial professionals and purpose-driven organizations. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of THG Financial Strategies LLC, Co-Founder and CEO of Maxout Brokerage LLC, Co-Founder of The Culture Junky LLC, and Co-Founder of The THG HUB LLC.
Jon’s unwavering belief that strong culture is the foundation for sustainable growth has helped position his organizations among the fastest-growing and most impactful financial enterprises in the country. Through leadership, mentorship, and innovation, he has built platforms designed to create scalable leverage for financial professionals through collaboration, strategic resources, operational infrastructure, and high-level support systems that empower advisors to maximize their impact and growth. Today, Jon and his organizations work with financial advisors across the country, creating a strong national presence focused on growth, leadership, and long-term success.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Jon has earned multiple industry awards, and his experience and vision continue to fuel his mission of developing elite financial professionals equipped to thrive in an ever-evolving industry.
Outside of business, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife, Gretchen, and their children, Luke and Grace. He is also an avid outdoorsman, fitness enthusiast, and believer in continuous personal growth and peak performance.

Jon Rotter
Jon Rotter is the Co-Founder and President of THG Financial Strategies LLC, MaxOut Brokerage LLC, The THG Hub LLC, and Co-Founder of The Culture Junky LLC. Jon remains actively involved in all areas of the business, working closely with leadership, advisor support, New Business, and Underwriting teams to help drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a high level of service for advisors and partners.
Passionate about building relationships and developing people, Jon spends much of his time in the field meeting with prospective advisors, supporting existing partners, and helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses through THG’s unique platform and leverage centers. Under his leadership, THG has grown into a national organization with advisors and partners across more than 30 states. Known for his hands on leadership style and accessibility, Jon has built a reputation for attracting both new and experienced financial professionals seeking independence, support, and a scalable platform designed to help them operate at a high level. While THG has received recognition from industry organizations and carrier partners, Jon believes the firm’s greatest achievement is the culture, loyalty, and long-term relationships it has built along the way.
Jon graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison (Go Badgers!) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. He resides in Highland Park, Illinois, with his wife, Lindsay, and their three children, Logan, Remi, and Hunter. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with family, along with playing basketball and golf.
Russ Hartig

Russ Hartig
As Vice President, Sr. with THG Financial Strategies, Russ Hartig is dedicated to selecting, developing, and mentoring financial advisors who impact the lives of many clients, businesses, and families we serve. With his early success as an advisor, he has turned his skills and abilities to helping others down their path to a successful long-term career here at THG.
Russ grew up in the Chicago area and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Iowa State University. Prior to joining THG, Russ was a Supervisor and Financial Advisor at John Hancock Financial Network.
Russ enjoys spending time with his wife, Kami, and playing guitar in a blues band. He enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, and camping. He is an active NAIFA member and a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) member.
Aleks Dabrowski

Aleks Dabrowski
As Senior Vice President at THG Financial, Aleks Dabrowski plays a key leadership role in the firm’s growth, advisor development, and operational strategy. As one of the founding members of THG Financial, he has spent his entire professional career — spanning more than 20 years — helping shape the company’s culture, advisor experience, and long-term vision.
Aleks brings extensive experience across nearly every aspect of the business, including field sales, leadership development, joint work, coaching, recruiting, operations, and systems management. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with both new and experienced advisors to help create scalable practices, improve operational efficiency, and build rewarding long-term careers within the industry.
A significant portion of Aleks’ focus is dedicated to supporting the advisor experience and helping drive the systems, processes, and infrastructure that support THG Financial’s continued growth. He is passionate about helping advisors maximize both productivity and quality of life while creating an environment centered around collaboration, support, and long-term success. His experience helping develop and refine the firm’s new business and advisor support functions has helped create one of the most streamlined and scalable experiences for both advisors and clients alike.
He is a member of various industry associations, including the National Association for Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), and holds life and health insurance licenses, FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.

Keith Collins

Keith Collins
Keith D. Collins began his career in the financial services industry with The Guardian Life Insurance Company after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. With nearly 30 years of experience in life insurance, disability income, long-term care, and investment planning, Keith has built a reputation as a respected leader and industry expert.
Throughout his career, Keith has held a variety of leadership and specialist roles. He served as a Disability Income (DI) Specialist with Guardian and later earned his Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation while serving as a Long-Term Care wholesaler for John Hancock. Recognized for his leadership, organizational expertise, and ability to develop successful advisors, Keith was selected to serve as Agency Manager for Western & Southern Financial Group in Orlando, where he led the agency for four years.
Today, Keith serves as Senior Vice President of MaxOut Brokerage, overseeing day-to-day operations and helping drive the organization’s continued growth and success. He is passionate about supporting financial professionals, creating operational efficiencies, and delivering exceptional service to advisors and clients alike.
Keith and his wife, Sandy, have been married for 29 years and are the proud parents of two daughters: Dr. Taylor Collins and Morgan Collins. Outside of work, he is an avid Florida Gators fan who enjoys traveling, golfing with friends, and spending quality time with his family.
Kami Hartig
Vice President, National Advisor Onboarding
Kami Hartig
THG Financial Strategies’ Vice President, National Advisor Onboarding, Kami Hartig leads advisor onboarding strategy and operational execution across the organization. In her role, she oversees licensing, contracting, onboarding processes, and operational support initiatives designed to create an efficient and seamless experience for advisors joining the firm. She works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance standards, operational accuracy, and a high level of service throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Kami holds the designations of Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI); Associate, Customer Service (ACS); Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC); and Associate, Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA).
Prior to her work in financial services, Kami served as a Director of Social Work within a skilled care facility, where she developed extensive experience navigating regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and personnel management. From supporting individual advisor practices to contributing at the firm level, her broad operational experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the many moving parts within a financial services organization.
Kami graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Social Work. She lives in Long Grove with her husband, Russ. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
Curtis Benton
Vice President, National Distribution & Growth
Curtis Benton
Curtis joined THG Financial Strategies in December 2025 with a mission to expand and strengthen the firm’s national distribution footprint.
With more than 36 years of experience in the financial services industry, Curtis brings a wealth of leadership, sales, and distribution expertise. Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully served in numerous roles, including Agent, Sales Manager, General Manager, Senior Regional Vice President, Vice President of Agencies, Vice President of Distribution, Head of New Field Growth and Development, and now Vice President of National Distribution and Growth for THG Financial Strategies.
Curtis spent 25 years with American General and AIG, where he developed extensive experience in agency leadership, recruiting, and distribution growth. He then served for eight years as a senior executive with Transamerica Agency Network, further expanding his impact on national sales and distribution strategies. Prior to joining THG, Curtis served as Head of New Field Growth and Development for Modern Woodmen of America, where he successfully built and expanded national distribution channels from the ground up.
Recently relocating to the Tampa, Florida area, Curtis remains actively involved in helping his two adult children as they continue building successful careers in different parts of the country. Outside of work, he is passionate about giving back through various charitable organizations and community initiatives.
An avid outdoorsman, Curtis enjoys spending time on the water fishing from one of his many boats and creating lasting memories with family and friends. He also has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring new destinations and experiences around the world.
Beckie Knorr

Beckie Knorr
Beckie is the Director of Executive Operations at THG Financial, where she brings a unique blend of strategic precision and creative vision to the leadership team. She oversees the firm’s daily corporate operations while driving internal marketing and brand strategy, ensuring that fast-paced organizational goals are met with seamless, elegant execution. With a rich background in real estate marketing and operational logistics, Beckie has a proven track record of elevating brand presence and building highly efficient, collaborative environments.
Outside of the office, Beckie lives in Antioch, Illinois, with her husband, Michael where they enjoy spending time with their children, Maddison (24), Giada (16), Jackson (13), and Reverie (1). An enthusiast of cooking, gardening and interior design, Rebecca enjoys bringing the same eye for detail, warmth, and curated aesthetic to her home life as she does to her corporate operations.

Calvin Lebbos is a driven young professional in the finance and accounting department with a strong passion for operational excellence, organization, and continuous growth. His dedication to efficiency and reliability has allowed him to become a valued part of the team, supporting day-to-day financial reporting and helping THG Financial Strategies & MaxOut Brokerage remain organized and effective.
Calvin’s attention to detail and proactive approach have helped him build strong working relationships with both agents and colleagues. He is committed to providing dependable support while contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Outside of work, Calvin enjoys staying active through fitness, following sports, and spending time outdoors. He values a well-rounded lifestyle and makes it a priority to stay connected with family and friends, who remain an important part of his day-to-day life and personal motivation.
